All files will be delivered by email within 20 minutes of purchasing.

Our return & refund policy lasts only 14 days after that it’s non returnable.

To receive a refund, simply email support@clubmasterrecords.com and we will get back to you and issue a refund. 

In the event you attempt to create a fraudulent credit card chargeback, we will work with the bank to resolve the matter. This may include providing details about your dealings with us, card authentication, and communications. Engaging in activities aimed at reversing a legitimate charge is illegal. You agree and acknowledge that you can be prosecuted for such activity and we reserve the right to reclaim any fees and costs we incur in responding to fraudulently filed chargebacks.
